What is the difference between ...

What is the difference between the TemplateField in MxDataGrid and TemplateColumn in DataGrid? Why can't I use the Template Edit to edit the TemplateField for MxDataGrid? Thanks in advance!!Can anybody help me with the above question? Thank you!
